01. Free Trial
Sabhi plans pe 7-din free trial milta hai. Trial period mein:
- Koi payment nahi hogi
- Sab features fully accessible hain
- Credit card required hai but charge nahi hoga
- Trial khatam hone se pehle cancel karein — zero charge
02. Refund Eligibility
Aap refund le sakte hain agar:
- 7 din ke andar request ki first payment ke baad
- Technical issue ki wajah se service use nahi ho saki
- Service as described nahi mili
- Duplicate payment ho gayi
Refund nahi milega agar:
- 7 din ke baad request ki
- Terms of Service violate ki
- Service extensively use ki phir refund maanga
- Change of mind (7 din ke baad)

- Subject mein likho: "REFUND REQUEST — [Aapka Naam]"
- Bataao: payment date, plan name, reason
- Razorpay payment ID provide karo (email ya SMS mein milta hai)
- Hum 24-48 hours mein review karenge
- Approved hone pe 5-7 working days mein original payment method pe refund
04. Cancellation
Subscription cancel karne ke liye:
- WhatsApp ya email pe contact karo next billing se 2 din pehle
- Cancellation ke baad current period ke end tak access milega
- Data 30 days tak available rahega
💡 Cancel karne se pehle ek baar hum se baat karo — aksar hum problem solve kar dete hain!
05. Partial Refunds
Kuch cases mein partial refund diya ja sakta hai:
- Service downtime agar 24+ hours ho
- Promised feature jo deliver nahi hui
- Technical issues jo resolved nahi hue
Partial refund amount hum case-by-case basis pe decide karte hain.
