Barkat AI Automation ki website ya services use karke aap in Terms of Service se legally agree karte hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte, toh please hamare services use mat karein.
Yeh terms Barkat AI Automation ("Company") aur aap ("User") ke beech agreement hai.

Barkat AI Automation provide karta hai:
- AI-powered YouTube script generation aur automation tools
- Blog article generation aur WordPress publishing automation
- Social media content creation aur scheduling tools
- Related documentation aur customer support
Hum apne services change, update ya discontinue karne ka right rakhte hain — adequate notice ke saath.
03. Subscription aur Payment
- Free Trial: 7 din free trial ke baad subscription automatically start hoti hai
- Payment: Monthly basis pe Razorpay ke through process hogi
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renew hogi jab tak aap cancel nahi karte
- Price Changes: Pricing change hone pe 30 din pehle notice diya jayega
- Failed Payment: 3 attempts fail hone par account suspend ho sakta hai
04. Acceptable Use
Aap hamare services nahi use kar sakte:
- Illegal, harmful ya fraudulent content create karne ke liye
- Copyright infringe karne ke liye
- Spam ya unsolicited messages bhejne ke liye
- Hamare systems hack ya reverse engineer karne ke liye
- Dusre users ko harass karne ke liye
- Misleading ya fake information spread karne ke liye
⚠️ Violation pe bina refund ke account immediately terminate ho sakta hai.
05. Intellectual Property
- Barkat AI ka software, design, aur branding hamare intellectual property hai
- Aapne jo content generate kiya wo aapka hai — aap use freely use kar sakte hain
- AI-generated content ka copyright aap hi ke paas hai
- Hamare brand name ya logo without permission use nahi kar sakte
06. Disclaimers
- AI-generated content 100% accurate nahi ho sakta — review zaroori hai publish karne se pehle
- YouTube ya social media platforms ke algorithm changes se results vary ho sakte hain
- Income/earnings guarantee nahi hain — results user ke effort pe depend karte hain
- Third-party APIs (YouTube, WordPress, etc.) ke downtime ke liye hum responsible nahi hain
07. Limitation of Liability
Barkat AI Automation liable nahi hoga kisi bhi indirect, incidental ya consequential damages ke liye. Haari maximum liability aapke last 1 month ke subscription amount se zyada nahi hogi.
08. Termination
- Aap kisi bhi waqt subscription cancel kar sakte hain — next billing cycle se effective
- Hum Terms violation pe account terminate kar sakte hain
- Termination pe aapka data 30 days tak retain hoga, phir delete ho jayega
09. Governing Law
Yeh Terms Indian law ke anusaar governed hain. Kisi bhi dispute ke liye jurisdiction Patna, Bihar, India hoga.
